UNIQUE BENEFITS OF ZA-1:

EASY TO USE - Unlike 4047, ZA-1 flows well below the melt point of the base metals.
GREAT FOR REPAIRS - Repairs made easy in the field because of expanded braze zone.
BETTER FLOW - Flux is located on the inner diameter of the preform, directly against the mating parts.
BETTER BONDING - Flux flows unobstructed in advance of the alloy, dissolving oxides to ensure a strong joint.
DUCTILE, YET DURABLE - The ChannelFlux formulation utilizes advanced polymer science to create a ductile yet durable chemistry that stays in place. There are no powders leaching out to contaminate assembly equipment or the working environment. The flux we deposit in the channel stays in the channel.
YOU CAN SEE THE FLUX - No worries about hidden voids.

CONSIDERATIONS:

INDIRECT (CONDUCTION) HEAT - Success with ChannelFlux ZA-1 wire and preforms is best achieved via indirect heat (conduction). Excessive direct heat should be avoided. Please consult a Bellman-Melcor representative for additional technical support.
